Purane Kabze Ko Legal Document Me Kaise Convert Kare? Step by Step Guide

- Purana records
Agar sab theek nikal gaya to parivar ko lease mil jata hai aur uske baad khatauni entry chadh jati hai.

Agar parivar 30–60 saal se bina dispute rehta aa raha ho, to aap court me adverse possession claim kar sakte hain.
Court aapko “perfect ownership” de deta hai.
Ye process thoda slow hota hai par guarantee hoti hai ki:

7. Panchayat se Possession Certificate Jaruri Hai
